Mount on the DIN rail with the rest of the CPU and I/O slices — no separate bracket needed. Cable length to the RS-232 device is limited to 10 m. Supply voltage must stay within 20.4–28.8 V DC; the module will pull 220 mA max from the L5+ backplane supply at 24 V.
