Panel fit and integration
The PXF4ACU2-4BYA1: The 1/16 DIN form factor (48 x 48mm panel cutout) is the standard for compact single-loop control. It snaps into the panel from the front with the included mounting bracket — no DIN rail required, but it does need the panel cutout and clearance behind for the screw terminals. The 50ms sampling speed is fast enough for most thermal processes, but if you're controlling a gas-fired oven with fast flame response, verify the output update rate matches your actuator's minimum cycle time.
