Controller fit and sampling speed
The Fuji Electric PXF4AEC2-JVKA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That 50ms cycle means it catches thermal transients in fast-moving processes like injection molding or packaging seal bars — standard 100ms or 250ms controllers would miss the overshoot. The self-tuning algorithm adjusts PID coefficients on startup, so you skip manual loop tuning on the line.
Panel integration
The 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) panel cutout is the standard small-controller footprint — fits existing panel punches without adapter plates. Depth is compact enough for shallow enclosures where a 1/8 DIN unit would crowd the wiring duct. Spring-cage or screw terminals on the rear; verify termination style against your panel's wiring practice before the build.
