What this controller is and what the ratings mean
The PXF4AEE2-0VSA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed. That 50 ms sampling means the controller updates its PID output every 50 milliseconds — fast enough for most thermal loops (ovens, extruders, packaging seal bars) without overshoot on slower-responding systems. The self-tuning algorithm auto-calculates PID gains on startup or on demand, saving the setup time of manual tuning.
Panel fit and wiring
1/16 DIN cutout (45 x 45 mm) is the standard panel-mount footprint for this class — fits the same hole as any other 1/16 DIN controller, so swapping in a panel requires no re-punching. The 48 x 48 mm bezel clears adjacent modules at the standard DIN spacing.
