The Fuji Electric PXF4AEE2-JB1A1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed. That fast sampling means it catches rapid thermal swings in processes like injection molding, extrusion, or packaging seal bars where a slower loop would let temperature overshoot and scrap product. The self-tuning feature gets the PID gains close on startup without an engineer babysitting the first heat cycle — useful on a multi-zone line where you don't have time to tune each loop by hand.
