Compact panel-mount controller with 50 ms loop update
The Fuji Electric PXF4AEP2-FVSA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) temperature and process controller that samples and updates the control loop every 50 ms. That 50 ms sampling speed is fast enough for most thermal processes — ovens, extruder zones, packaging seal bars — without oversampling noise on a slow loop. The self-tuning algorithm sets PID gains on first power-up, so the commissioning engineer can walk away after setting the setpoint. The 1/16 DIN footprint (48 x 48 mm) fits the standard panel cutout, leaving room alongside other quarter-DIN or half-DIN instruments in a multi-zone machine.
