PXF4AEP2-JBMA1 Temperature Controller, 1/16 DIN, 50ms Sampli

The PXF4AEP2-JBMA1 is a Fuji Electric PXF-series self-tuning temperature and process controller in the 1/16 DIN form factor (48 x 48 mm panel cutout). Its 50 ms sampling speed means the PID loop updates every 50 milliseconds — fast enough for most thermal processes (ovens, extruder zones, packaging seal bars) where a standard 100–200 ms controller would let overshoot accumulate before the correction fires. The self-tuning algorithm runs an initial step-response test on the load and sets P, I, D, and output limits without manual loop calculations.
