The Fuji Electric PXF4AER2-MBSA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed. Panel Integration
The 1/16 DIN (48 x 48 mm) cutout fits standard panel openings. Spring-cage terminals on the rear accept 0.2–2.5 mm² solid or ferruled stranded wire — strip length 8 mm to avoid whiskers under the clamp. The self-tuning algorithm eliminates manual PID gain scheduling during commissioning; just set the setpoint and let the controller map the process response curve.
