The PXF4AES2-0BKA1: A 50ms sampling speed means the controller reads the process variable and updates its output every 50 milliseconds. For temperature control on electric heaters, extruder barrels, or packaging seal bars, this rate is fast enough to catch thermal overshoot before it settles into the setpoint. Slower controllers (100–200 ms) let a temperature spike pass unmeasured, which forces wider deadbands or longer settling times.
