The Fuji Electric PXF4AES2-FBSA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48×48 mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed. That sampling rate means it can catch fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or small-oven zones where a slower loop would overshoot. The self-tuning algorithm adjusts PID parameters automatically on startup, cutting commissioning time on a new line.
Panel Fit
The 1/16 DIN (48×48 mm) panel cutout is the most common controller footprint — it drops into the same hole as any standard 1/16 DIN unit. Spring-cage terminals accept 0.2–2.5 mm² solid or ferruled stranded wire; strip length 8 mm avoids whiskers under the cage.
