Controller Overview
The PXF5ABE2-MBTA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96 mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed. This form factor fits standard panel cutouts for process instrumentation, and the self-tuning feature reduces startup time on thermal loops by automatically setting PID parameters.
Panel Integration Note
The 1/8 DIN (48 x 96 mm) cutout is a standard panel-mount size, so it retrofits into existing instrument holes without adapter plates. The 50 ms sampling speed is fast enough for most thermal processes (ovens, furnaces, extruder zones) but verify it meets your loop update requirement before committing the panel layout.
