The PXF5ABP2-FBHA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96 mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed. That sampling rate means it catches fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or packaging seal bars — standard 100 ms controllers can miss the overshoot.
Deployment fit
The 1/8 DIN form factor (48 x 96 mm panel cutout) fits standard panel-mount enclosures alongside other DIN-sized instruments. The 50 ms sampling supports closed-loop PID on fast-reacting loops — thermocouple or RTD inputs on plastic extrusion barrels, furnace zones, or HVAC duct heaters.
