The PXF5ABP2-FVMA1: A 50ms sampling rate means the controller updates its PID output every 50 milliseconds — fast enough to catch thermal transients in small reflow ovens, injection-mold barrel zones, or packaging seal bars. For slower processes (large batch reactors, environmental chambers) the self-tuning algorithm can be set to a longer cycle, but the 50ms floor gives headroom for fast-responding electric heaters or thin-film processes where overshoot kills yield.
Panel-fit and integration
The 1/8 DIN (48 x 96mm) cutout is a standard panel-mount footprint shared across most industrial controller brands — no custom bezel or adapter plate needed. The compact depth (typically under 100mm behind the panel) leaves room for wiring ducts and terminal blocks in a crowded enclosure.
