What it is and what it does
The PXF5ABP2-MVGA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That sampling rate means it catches fast thermal transients—useful for injection molding or extrusion where a slow loop lets the temperature overshoot before the controller reacts.
Panel fit and integration
1/8 DIN cutout (48 x 96mm) is the standard panel-mount footprint for this class. The compact depth leaves room behind the gland plate for wiring and optional SSR heatsinks. Self-tuning means it auto-adjusts PID parameters on startup—saves the wireman a tuning session on the first power-up.
