The PXF5ABR2-MBHA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That 50ms loop rate means it catches fast thermal transients — useful on injection-molding barrels or small reflow ovens where a standard 100-200ms controller would lag behind the process. The self-tuning algorithm handles PID gain scheduling without a laptop; just set the setpoint and let it cycle once to rough in the P, I, and D terms.
Where It Fits in a Panel
The 1/8 DIN (48 x 96mm) form factor slides into a standard panel cutout, matching the footprint of most Fuji PXF-series predecessors. The 50ms sampling speed is fast enough for closed-loop control of electric heaters, valve actuators, or small furnaces — not for sub-cycle power regulation, but for thermal processes where a 50ms update keeps overshoot under control.
