The Fuji Electric PXF5ABR2-MVMA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96mm) compact temperature and process controller with 50ms sampling speed. It's a current-production part, so no lifecycle concerns for a new BOM line or a replacement order.
The 1/8 DIN cutout (48 x 96mm) fits standard panel openings. The 50ms sampling speed is fast enough for most thermal loops — plastic injection barrel zones, oven zones, packaging seal bars — but not for millisecond pyrometer events. Self-tuning reduces startup tuning time on a new line.
