What this controller is and what it does
The Fuji PXF5ABS2-FV1A1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96 mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed. That sampling rate means it catches fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or small furnace zones where a slower 100 ms loop would let overshoot run. The self-tuning algorithm sets PID parameters on first run, so commissioning doesn't require a manual Ziegler-Nichols calculation.
