The Fuji Electric PXF5ABY2-FBHA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That sampling rate means it catches fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or small furnace zones, where a slower loop would overshoot. The self-tuning algorithm adjusts PID coefficients on the fly, reducing commissioning time on a new line.
