The PXF5ACC2-MVGA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That sampling rate means it catches fast thermal transients—think injection molding nozzle or small furnace zones—where a standard 100ms or 200ms loop would let the process overshoot before the PID corrects. The self-tuning feature gets the loop gains close on first power-up, saving the integrator a manual step-response test on each zone.
