What this controller is and what it does
The Fuji Electric PXF5ACE2-MBTA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96 mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed. The 50 ms sampling means it catches fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or packaging seal bars where a slower loop would overshoot. The self-tuning algorithm adjusts PID parameters on startup, so you don't need to manually calculate gains for most resistive or IR heating loads.
