Controller fit and function
The PXF5ACP2-0BCA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That 50ms cycle means it catches fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or extrusion barrel zones where a slower controller would overshoot. The 1/8 DIN cutout (45 x 92mm) fits standard panel punches — no adapter plate needed for a retrofit into an existing Fuji or competitive slot.
