The Fuji Electric PXF5ACP2-0VMA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That sampling rate means it catches fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or small furnace zones where a standard 100ms or 250ms controller would lag behind the actual temperature curve. The self-tuning algorithm adjusts PID parameters on the fly, so commissioning time drops — no manual step-response tuning for most loops.
