What it is and what it does
The Fuji Electric PXF5ACP2-FBHA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That 50ms sample rate means it can track fast thermal transients — useful for injection molding barrels, small furnace zones, or packaging seal bars where a standard 100–200ms controller would overshoot on the ramp.
Where it fits in the panel
The 1/8 DIN form factor (48 x 96mm panel cutout) matches the standard DIN 43700 footprint — drops into the same panel slot as legacy Fuji PXF4 or PXF9 controllers. The 50ms sampling and self-tuning algorithm handle PID autotune on startup, so commissioning a new zone doesn't require manual gain scheduling.
