The Fuji Electric PXF5ACS2-JBCA1 is a self-tuning compact temperature and process controller in the 1/8 DIN (48 x 96 mm) form factor. Its 50 ms sampling speed means it catches fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or packaging seal bars where a standard 250 ms loop would lag behind the actual temperature swing. Self-tuning adjusts the PID parameters automatically during the first heat-up cycle, cutting commissioning time on a new oven or extruder zone.
