The Fuji Electric PXF5ACS2-MVVA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96 mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed.
The 1/8 DIN form factor (48 x 96 mm) fits standard panel cutouts, so it drops into existing temperature-control slots without reworking the enclosure. A 50 ms sampling speed means it catches fast thermal transients — useful on injection molding barrels, extrusion zones, or any process where a slow controller lets temperature overshoot past the setpoint. Self-tuning (auto-tune) reduces commissioning time: the controller learns the process dynamics during the first heat-up and sets PID gains automatically, so you don't need to calculate gain schedules manually.
