The PXF5AEC2-JBVA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. The self-tuning algorithm sets the P, I, and D terms on startup, so you don't need to manually tune the loop for each zone; it handles load changes up to a point, but if the process has a long dead time (like a large oven), expect to lock the PID after the initial auto-tune.
Panel integration
The 1/8 DIN cutout (48 x 96mm) is a standard panel opening — fits existing punch patterns for most temperature controller panels. Depth behind the panel is typical for this class; allow clearance for the terminal block and wiring. The 50ms sampling speed doesn't impose special wiring requirements, but keep the thermocouple or RTD input leads away from power wiring to avoid induced noise on the low-level signal. Shielded twisted pair for the sensor input is good practice — the controller's input circuitry can reject common-mode noise, but it's noise till proven otherwise.
