The PXF5AEE2-JVVA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96mm) compact temperature and process controller from the Fuji Electric PXF series. It samples at 50ms, which means it catches fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or extrusion where a standard 250ms controller would lag behind the real temperature curve.
Where it fits
At 48 x 96mm, this controller drops into the standard 1/8 DIN panel cutout — no adapter plate needed. The compact depth leaves room behind the panel for wiring ducts and terminal blocks. Self-tuning autotunes the PID loop on startup, so you don't need a laptop to dial in the response for a new oven or kiln.
