The Fuji Electric PXF5AEE2-MVMA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96 mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed. That sampling rate means it catches fast thermal transients — useful for thin-film extrusion, hot-runner control, or any loop where a standard 100 ms or 200 ms controller would let overshoot settle before the PID sees it.
Panel cutout for the 1/8 DIN form factor is 45 x 92 mm (standard per IEC 61554). The 48 x 96 mm bezel leaves enough room for a gloved finger to reach the front-panel keys without brushing adjacent units. Spring-cage terminals on the rear accept 0.2–2.5 mm² stranded or solid; strip length of 8 mm avoids whiskers under the clamp.
