The Fuji Electric PXF5APA2-FVVA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. The 50ms sampling rate means it catches fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or extrusion barrel zones, where a slower loop would let temperature overshoot past the setpoint before the controller corrects. The 1/8 DIN form factor (48 x 96mm) fits a standard panel cutout, so it swaps directly into existing DIN-sized controller slots without reworking the panel layout.
