The Fuji Electric PXF5APC2-MVVA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96mm) compact temperature and process controller. Its 50ms sampling speed means it can respond to rapid thermal changes in processes like injection molding, extrusion, or packaging heat-seal bars — fast enough to catch a temperature overshoot before it affects the product.
Panel fit and integration
The 1/8 DIN cutout (48 x 96mm) is a standard panel-mount size, so it drops into existing control-panel openings without adapter plates. The compact depth behind the panel frees up enclosure space for additional I/O or power supplies.
