50 ms sampling on a 1/4 DIN footprint
The PXF9ABR2-FVVA1: That 50 ms loop time matters when you're chasing a fast thermal transient on a plastic extruder or a packaging sealer — the controller can react before the process drifts out of band.
Current production — no obsolescence worry
This part carries a current lifecycle stage, meaning Fuji Electric is still building it. For a BOM line that needs to stay stable across multiple builds, that's one less thing to track.
Panel fit and field integration
The 1/4 DIN cutout (92 x 92 mm panel opening) is a standard in process panels — it drops into the same hole as any other 1/4 DIN controller, so a retrofit swaps in without re-punching the panel. The 96 x 96 mm bezel covers the cutout cleanly. Self-tuning means the PID parameters are calculated during the first heat-up cycle, not from a lookup table. On a line-down replacement, that saves the half-hour of manual tuning tweaks.
