What this controller does on the line
The PXF9ABS2-JBCA1: That 50 ms loop rate means it can respond to a temperature upset in under a tenth of a second, which matters for processes where overshoot scrapes the product or undershoot misses the cure window.
The 1/4 DIN cutout (96 x 96mm) is the standard panel-mount footprint for temperature controllers — drops into the same hole as a Fuji PXF or a Yokogawa UT35x without re-punching the gland plate. Self-tuning means the PID gains auto-converge on first heat-up; you do not need a laptop or a Ziegler-Nichols run to commission it.
