The PXF9ABS2-MVGA1: With a 50 ms sampling speed, this controller updates the process variable every 50 milliseconds — fast enough to catch thermal transients in injection molding, packaging seal bars, or reflow ovens without aliasing the PID loop. The self-tuning algorithm auto-calculates P, I, and D coefficients during the first heat-up cycle, so a commissioning engineer can walk away after setting the setpoint and let the controller find the tuning itself.
The 1/4 DIN (96 x 96 mm) form factor fits the standard panel cutout used across most industrial control cabinets — no adapter plate needed for a retrofit into an existing 1/4 DIN slot.
