The PXF9ACY2-JVMA1: The 96 x 96 mm cutout is the standard 1/4 DIN panel opening — the controller slides into the same hole as any other 1/4 DIN unit, so a swap from an older Fuji PXF or a competitive 1/4 DIN controller requires no panel rework or adapter plate. The 50 ms sampling speed means the controller reads the thermocouple or RTD input every 50 milliseconds and updates the output — on a plastic injection barrel heater with a 5-second thermal time constant, the controller sees the temperature change 100 times before the barrel reaches setpoint, which keeps the overshoot under 1 °C.
