The PXF9AEA2-FBMA1 fits the standard 1/4 DIN panel cutout at 96 x 96mm — the same footprint as every other 1/4 DIN controller on the market, so the panel layout swaps in without re-cutting the gland plate.
Self-tuning for commissioning speed
Self-tuning on the PXF9AEA2-FBMA1 auto-calculates PID gains during the first heat-up ramp — the operator sets the setpoint and the controller does the Ziegler-Nichols work, which cuts the loop-tuning time from a half-shift to about one thermal time constant. The compact 1/4 DIN body leaves room on a crowded panel door for the HMI or a second loop controller — the 96 mm square face is the same width as a typical 7-inch touchscreen bezel.
