What the 50ms sampling means for your loop
The PXF9AEA2-MVMA1 updates its control output every 50 milliseconds — fast enough to catch thermal transients in plastic extrusion or packaging heat-seal bars where a slower controller lets the temperature overshoot by several degrees. Self-tuning means the controller auto-calculates PID coefficients during the first heat-up cycle, so you don't need a laptop or a tuning guide to get the loop stable on a new oven or kiln.
Panel cutout and DIN footprint
It fits a standard 1/4 DIN panel cutout — 96x96mm face, 92x92mm behind-panel opening — so it drops into existing cutouts without adapter plates or rework. The 96mm depth behind the panel leaves room for wiring ducts and terminal blocks in a shallow enclosure.
