50 ms sampling and self-tuning loop
The PXF9AEC2-0BVA1 is a self-tuning 1/4 DIN (96 x 96mm) temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed — fast enough to catch thermal transients in extrusion, oven zones, or packaging seal bars without overshoot. The self-tuning algorithm adjusts PID gains on the fly, so a single controller can handle different thermal loads (e.g., a heater band swap or a new die) without a manual retune cycle.
1/4 DIN cutout (92 x 92 mm) is the standard panel-mount size for temperature controllers — the 96 x 96 mm bezel overhangs the cutout, and the controller snaps into the panel with the included mounting brackets.
