The PXF9AEC2-MBMA1 is a self-tuning 1/4 DIN (96 x 96 mm) temperature and process controller built for closed-loop regulation of heating, cooling, or process variables in industrial machinery. Its 50 ms sampling speed means the PID loop recalculates every 50 milliseconds — fast enough for thermal processes with short time constants, like extruder barrel zones or packaging seal bars, where a slower controller would overshoot or hunt.
