50 ms loop — what that means for your process
The PXF9AEP2-0BCA1 samples the input every 50 ms. That is fast enough to catch thermal transients in injection molding barrel zones or packaging seal bars where a slower controller would let the temperature overshoot past the setpoint before the PID loop corrects.
Self-tuning and panel fit
Self-tuning means the controller auto-calculates the PID coefficients on the first run — no manual Ziegler–Nichols tuning required on startup. The 1/4 DIN (96 x 96 mm) cutout is the standard panel-mount size for process controllers; it drops into the same hole as most Fuji PXF-series predecessors.
