The PXF9AEP2-0VCA1 is a Fuji Electric 1/4 DIN (96 x 96 mm) temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed and self-tuning capability. The 50 ms sampling rate means the controller updates its PID output every 50 milliseconds — fast enough to regulate electric heaters, infrared lamps, and small extruder zones without overshoot on the startup ramp.

The 96 x 96 mm 1/4 DIN form factor fits the standard panel cutout used across the process control industry — no custom punching needed for retrofit into an existing panel.
