The PXF9AER2-0BVA1 is a self-tuning 1/4 DIN (96 x 96 mm) temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed — fast enough to catch thermal transients in injection molding barrels or reflow zones where a standard 100 ms controller would alias the overshoot. That sampling rate means the PID loop updates every 50 ms, so the controller can respond to a load change (part entering the oven, mold closing) within a single mains cycle at 50 Hz. For processes with a time constant under a few seconds, this is the difference between holding ±1 °C and chasing a 5 °C swing.
