Controller fit and sampling speed
The Fuji Electric PXF9AES2-MBMA1 is a self-tuning 1/4 DIN (96 x 96 mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed. That 50 ms rate means it catches fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or small furnace zones, where a standard 100–200 ms controller would lag behind the actual temperature curve. The 1/4 DIN cutout (92 x 92 mm panel hole) is the standard panel-mount footprint for this class — fits existing cutouts without rework.
