The PXF9AEY2-FBVA1 is a Fuji Electric self-tuning 1/4 DIN (96 x 96 mm) compact temperature and process controller. Its 50 ms sampling speed means the PID loop updates every 50 milliseconds — fast enough to catch thermal overshoot in injection molding or extrusion zones where a slower controller lets the temperature drift past the setpoint before the algorithm corrects.
Panel fit — 1/4 DIN standard cutout
The 96 x 96 mm face and 1/4 DIN body fit the standard panel cutout (92 x 92 mm per DIN 43700). The controller slides into the cutout and secures with the supplied bracket — no adapter frame needed for a standard 1/4 DIN panel opening.
