The PXR3-ACY2-GB0A1 is a Fuji Electric PXR3 series advanced self-tuning 1/32 DIN temperature and process controller. It handles multi-segment profiling with 16 ramp / soak segments built in — enough for a cure cycle, a multi-zone bake, or a stepped thermal process without an external programmer.
The 1/32 DIN form factor (roughly 24 x 48 mm panel cutout) is the smallest standard controller size — it fits tight panel layouts where every millimeter counts. Self-tuning means the controller auto-calculates PID parameters during the first heat-up, saving the commissioning engineer from manual loop tuning. The 16 ramp/soak segments let you program a multi-step thermal profile (heat, hold, cool, hold) without an external ramp generator or PLC sequence.
