The PXR3-AEC2-4B0A1 is a Fuji Electric PXR3-series advanced self-tuning 1/32 DIN temperature and process controller with 16 ramp/soak segments. The 1/32 DIN form factor fits tight panel cutouts where a full 1/16 DIN controller won't — think multi-zone heater banks, lab ovens, or packaging machines with limited front-panel real estate. Self-tuning means the controller auto-calculates PID parameters during the first heat-up cycle, so an integrator can commission a zone without manually tuning P, I, and D gains. The 16 ramp/soak segments support multi-step thermal profiles — a curing oven that must ramp at 5 °C/min, hold for 30 min, then ramp down.
