What this controller does on your line
It runs self-tuning PID logic and stores up to 16 ramp/soak segments for recipe-based thermal profiles — useful for heat-treat, curing ovens, or packaging seal bars where you need a repeatable temperature ramp, not just a setpoint hold.
No broker scavenger hunt required.
What the 16 ramp/soak segments mean for your process
The 16 ramp/soak segments let you program a multi-step thermal profile — for example, a preheat ramp, a soak at curing temperature, a controlled cool-down, and a final hold — all in one controller without an external programmer. Each segment defines a ramp rate (time to target) or a soak duration at a setpoint. This is a step up from a basic on/off or single-setpoint PID controller; it replaces a separate ramp generator for many batch processes.
