What this controller does on the line
The Fuji Electric PXR3-AEE2-4VMA1 is an advanced, self-tuning 1/32 DIN temperature and process controller with 16 ramp / soak segments. That self-tuning feature means it auto-calculates PID parameters during startup, cutting commissioning time on ovens, packaging seal bars, or plastic extruder zones. The 16 ramp/soak segments let you profile a multi-step thermal cycle — preheat, soak, ramp to setpoint, hold — without a separate programmer.
What the 1/32 DIN form factor means for the panel
The 1/32 DIN cutout (about 22.5 mm × 45 mm) saves panel space compared to a 1/16 or 1/8 DIN controller — useful when you're packing multiple zones into a small enclosure. Mounts with the standard panel clamp; no DIN-rail adapter needed for the controller body itself.
