The PXR3-AEE2-5VMA1 is an advanced, self-tuning 1/32 DIN temperature and process controller that supports up to 16 ramp and soak segments. The 1/32 DIN form factor (48 x 24 mm panel cutout) fits tight panel layouts where every millimeter counts — common in multi-zone reflow ovens, packaging seal bars, and lab-scale reactors where space is at a premium. Self-tuning means the controller automatically calculates PID parameters during the first heat-up, eliminating manual loop tuning for most thermal processes.
