The Fuji PXR9TAY1-FW000-C is a digital temperature controller with a 20 mm PV display and a 12 mm SV display — the larger PV makes process value readable from a few steps back on a panel, while the SV stays compact enough to keep the front-panel layout tight. RS485 communication supports both Modbus RTU and Fuji's Z-ASC protocol, so it drops into existing Modbus networks or a Fuji-only line without a gateway. Heating and cooling control is built in, with adaptive self-heating compensation — useful for processes that swing between heating and cooling zones (plastic extrusion, packaging seal bars). Multiple alarm functions can be delayed, switched between excitation/non-excitation, or locked in combination — gives the commissioning engineer flexibility to mask nuisance alarms during startup while keeping critical faults active.
