It carries a 100 A thermal-magnetic TM-D trip unit that provides L (overload) and I (short-circuit) protection. The breaking capacity is 25 kA Icu at 380/415 V AC 50/60 Hz per IEC 60947-2. At 220/240 V the rating rises to 40 kA Icu.
Mounts on a backplate in either horizontal or vertical orientation, flat on the back. The 35 mm connection pitch matches standard busbar or cable lug spacing. Both upside and downside connections are front-facing, so the breaker can be wired and inspected from the front of the panel — no rear access needed. IK07 impact rating means it withstands a 2 J blow, typical for accidental tool contact during maintenance.
Standards and environmental limits
Complies with EN/IEC 60947-2 and is suitable for isolation per that standard. Overvoltage category III covers fixed-installation equipment with downstream sub-distribution. Relative humidity range 0–95%. Electrical durability is 40000 cycles at 440 V at In/2, 20000 cycles at 440 V at In, 15000 cycles at 690 V at In/2, and 7500 cycles at 690 V at In. Mechanical durability is 40000 cycles. Utilisation category A means it is not intended for frequent switching of motors or transformers — it is a distribution breaker, not a motor-circuit protector.
